Phil Alexander has worked in the real estate industry for nearly two decades. Initially focused on land development, he expanded into Central America where he oversaw Sales & Marketing for large-scale resort developments. He subsequently joined a real estate advisory group overseeing sales and portfolio strategy. He became a licensed Nevada real estate agent and has worked in 19 different markets throughout the US.

As CEO and Director of Client Success for Portfolio Properties USA he leads the company’s efforts and plays a vital role in developing the company’s marketing message and helping clients to be successful investors.

With a strong foundation in marketing, brand strategy, and digital communication, Agustina works behind the scenes to bring structure, clarity, and intention to every project. She combines strategy and intuition to design marketing systems and social media content that connect authentically and perform with purpose. Known for her calm problem-solving approach and ability to turn complexity into clear direction, she helps teams communicate effectively and consistently.

Dennis is an important member of our Team and serves as our Client Success Manager, guiding clients from closing through the renovation process and assisting them to get their properties to be tenant ready.

Dennis also oversees our in-house wholesale unit, critical in sourcing new properties for the sales team to offer our investor clients.

Dennis combines strong communication and negotiation skills to help our investors succeed.
